Not true. GEO is on cable in all parts of RWP/ISB.

If its off air in some air thats due to the discretion of the local cable operators of that area.

Yesterday, Javed Hashmi said in his interview with Hamid Mir that Geo is blocked in Multan and he arranged a dish to watch Geo.
