Yaar PD u know what i mean …
- Tell me how many relatives/friends have been put in powerful poistions by Modi and Co. … now ask urself the same about Pakistan
- Writ of State/Rule of Law … sure India has its shortcoming in implementing but overall u don’t see such a gundagardi of PPL in Power like it’s in Pakistan in the last 2 decades …
- No prolonged adventures in other countries
- Our Democracy doesn’t strengthen institution but rather use them as ***** and them throw away
For me it all began when Bhutto started appeasing certain outfits to come/stay in power … from there onwards it was steady decline
In comparison to the Democracy PPP/PMLN had to offer sofar i think the Military Rule was still better for the common man …
What i mean with a strict/forced rule is to implement the rule of Law and have an entity whom everyone fears when it comes to check&balance … Why can everyone do what he/she likes and get away with it … simply becoz in the last few brief democracy periods there were no consequences for wrong doing … when during a socalled democratic rule politicians claim publicly that bribery is their god given right but still it doesn’t provoke even a little protest let alone a small revolution
When the patient is almost brain dead, number of organs already dead/dysfunctional then the only sultion is to put it into an induced coma and revive it step by step but not by the those who caused it to be there in the first place
