Unlike the President, the Prime Minister doesn’t have the constitutional immunity. And remember he’s just been named a murder suspect. This is the ultimate hanging sword. So really Supreme Court can intervene and pull article 62 and 63 on him. Don’t quote me on this but I think even session court can order his arrest.
