secondly, should UNO comes in??? please name the independent institute… vague and un-realistic solutions have been hall mark of IK and his followers

the voting ballot centres should have online computer terminals … Microsoft …or IBM … Or Anonymous or PwC or auditing companies in other countries …could be good examples of independent groups.
