1551: From Julio in Hull via text: "It is fair enough to predict a 2-1 win in favour of Egypt, but the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon won’t just give in that easily. It will be an interesting encounter!"1547: If you’re looking for some pointers based on the tournament so far then you would have to fancy Egypt. They had a 100% record in the group stages while Cameroon recovered from a shock defeat to Gabon to qualify second in Group D behind Zambia. Not sure if all that counts for much, though.1545: Quick update from our man in AngolaRich Connelly on Twitter:](http://twitter.com/RichConnelly)“Richard Fleming in Benguela reports cool breeze and cloud cover. 11 players who started 2008 final start today; 6 from Egypt, 5 Cameroon.” More details to follow. 1541:** TEAMS Egypt v Cameroon**
Egypt: El Hadari, Fathallah, Said, Gomaa, Fathi, Moawad, Abd Rabou, Hassan, Al Muhammadi, Zidan, Motaeb.
Cameroon: Kameni, Bedimo, Geremi, Nkoulou, Chedjou, Song, Eyong, Mandjeck, Emana, Eto’o, Idrissou.1539: Are you still getting over that Algeria-Ivory Coast game on Sunday night Me too. In one swipe, the north Africans rocked this tournament by beating most experts’ pick for victory. I’m sure Mr Capello took a few notes too with regard to the World Cup. If you want to chat about that or anything on Monday’s quarters you can text me on 81111 (UK) or +44 7786200666 (the world), tap away on606](http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/606/A62343191)or send Richard Connelly a message onTwitter.](http://twitter.com/RichConnelly)1534: When I say revenge, I should explain. This Egypt and Cameroon encounter is a repeat of the 2008 Africa Cup of Nations final when the Pharaohs beat the Indomitable Lions 1-0. Oh, and when I say revenge, they are not my words but those ofCameroon midfielder Mr Geremi.1530: Well if Monday’s Africa Cup of Nations quarter-finals are anything like Sunday’s we are in for a treat this evening. Ghana shattered Angola’s dreams of making the semis but it was Algeria who provided the real drama beating everyone’s favourites for the title Ivory Coast in thrilling fashion. Can Egypt v Cameroon followed later by Zambia against Nigeria match it With that revenge dish lurking on the menu, you would like to think so.
