1520: Perhaps worth bearing in mind that as overnight leaders Westwood and Poulter do not take to the course until 1945 BST. First out are defending champion Angel Cabrera and Robert Allenby, who are scheduled to tee off at 1545 BST.
1515: So, we reach the business end of the weekend - and two brave British boys are very much in the hunt, with Lee Westwood and Ian Poulter the overnight leaders on -8. It is surely time to reel out some tired old facts about majors and winners from the European side of the big pond. The last European winner was Padraig Harrington, who won the USPGA in 2008. The last British winner was Paul Lawrie, who won the Open in 1999 and the last English winner was Nick Faldo, who triumphed in the Masters in 1996.
