You’re kidding right? Just go to your local shoe store and ask for a shoelace repair kit.

Some of the kits are a little elaborate with more than 1,000 pieces and probably cost a bit more than you’d want to spend to repair a single shoelace. But some mini-kits have as few as 10 pieces and will only cost around US $4.95.

I think they are clear heat shrinkable tubing, and should work. Just gently warm up the little kit thingy over a low flame.

Put the shoe, plus the lace in the microwave on full power for 2 mins.

Or maybe get pregnant again and wait till your feet swell and do away with the laces altogether

its called an aglet, (the little plastic stiff piece on the end of a lace). put some heat shrink tubing and your done (if you are a cheapstake)

here in land o the pure the cobbler sells laces real cheap.
