LITA WON! LITA WON! LITA WON THE TITLE! BY GOD ALMIGHTY, LITA IS NOW THE BRAND NEW WWE WOMEN’S CHAMPION.
Less than twenty minutes ago on RAW, Lita won the Women’s Championship on RAW emanating from the state of Virginia. As much as I get disgusted by their planning in order to force the hometown boy/girl to get humiliated in front of their own crowd, this was a genuine surprise. I did not see this coming, at all.
The biggest reason, and the one and only reason why Lita has now preceded over James is the solo fact that her contract expires later this year, and as the history has shown in the past, company has tried its darndest to retain the talent in their pool by throwing a surprise on National Television. Already has occured numerous times in the past, and tonight, well, just adds another chapter to it.
But yes, and a major WOW! Only a few named women can actually wrestle in the company, and smarks have always shown their appreciation towards the group who can magnify their skills beyond the trash version of TnA that has been a regular feature of the product lately. The latter is the most disgusting form of promoting entertainment, if one can even call it that.
Lita is now a 3-time women’s champion!
