Listening To Peoples Private Conversations

Fwd’ing

Allah Most High says:
49:12 And do not spy on one another.

Allah’s Messenger (saw) said: " The one who listens to peoples talk while
they do not like his listening will have molten lead poured into his ears on
the Day of Resurrection."

Yahya Ibn Abu Kathir said: " It means not to pry into peoples private affairs
nor listen to their private conversations." This especially applies to spying
on Muslims to find out their weakness and secrets, while Allah has concealed
them.

“I put my trust in Allah, my Lord and your Lord! There is not a moving creature, but He has a grasp of its forelock. Verily, my Lord is on the straight path. (The truth)”
(11:55-56)

Hmm this is really interesting.
I like this but what if they r talking about you and they dont want you to be a part of this discussion?!

"kaisay na karta usko main pyar, uski haseen main sukh thay hazaar, bichar gayay hum dukh ki hay baat"

you still should not be listening to their conv. they’ll be the ones getting gunha for either backbiting/slandering you
