my definiton of junk food is that is not healthy with less nutrition value or those that have too much fat in it.burgers, pizza and shawarmas can make u put on weight if u eat them daily:hmmm:
so i count them in junk food.
But if you eat them as a meal..not an added snack…what do you think?
