A Police team was sent to Karachi for arresting TV actress and Vice President of All Pakistan Muslim League Attiqa Odho after registering a case at Airport police station on the direction of Supreme Court.
According to details, Airport Security force personnel recovered foreign brand two bottles of liquor from the luggage of Attiqa Odha on June 05 who was traveling by air from Islamabad to Karachi. She was detained for sometime and later allowed to proceed on board Karachi bound flight after phone calls by influential people.

She's the president because of her special ties with Mushru. and talking about alcohol well its not even a big deal so why did they arrest her all of a sudden? I am sure these people keep on importing and exporting stuff on daily basis...maybe the police just wanted to come in the news since they've never been in the spotlight for arresting such people and we keep on hearing about our neighbouring counrtys police arresting our celebs and theirs own as well...

I don't know what the legal penalty for carrying alcohol in Pakistan is but she should just be made to fulfill that instead of making this whole drama of sending police to arrest her days after the incident. its so obvious that its all politically motivated, the chief justice took 'special' notice of this incident and sent the police after her and we all know why, its the same chief justice who was sacked by musharraf and since atiqa is his party's higher up, he had to teach her a lesson. i am sure there are way more serious incidents happening in our country that the chief justice needs to take 'special suo moto notice' of and sending police after the real goons and culprits

ah.... the same lady who said indians should show big heart and let rahat fateh ali khan go scott free without any charges when he got arrested at the airport for currency violation.
looks like everyone who blamed india for being small heart got cursed.
