Unfortunately you can't lose weight just by drinking green tea unless you are working out and cutting back calories at the same time.

I personally like tapal better because it has a more green tea taste than just boiling water. I always feel I m drinking lite green tea with lipton.

I am on my track and already reduced 5 inches from all over.I have eliminated tea from June. Now I want something that beneficial substitute.

i just had tapal's green mint tea for the first time! It was really good cuz of the minty feel. i like it :) i am trying to substitute it for normal chai as well. can you elaborate on how you are doing this? thanks!!

I bought tapal lemon green tea.its taste is just OK.I think i will use to it.

It took me four months and I am still going on.
Eliminate /minimum use of sugar, junk food, oil and carbs. I save my unhealthy meals for paties and meetings etc.And stay active. What I learned that patient is a key.you can't see results within days or a week. I had many bad or over eating days but I didnt losse heart.And every time started again from start.

i bought elachi and jasmine flavor too.

I bought that Tapal's Jamsine green Tea somedays ago
beside that topic, would anyone like to help regarding the recipe

is it just to add water and a spoon and let them boil
latter on you may add lemon !

what could be a best weight reduce combination please share recipe.

green tea alone cannot help in loosing weight

for better results its better to make green tea from its leaves rather than from tea bag

however i feel lipton is a better brand over all
