Chah is actually Urdu/Farsi word and being mixed up in Punjabi mostly.
The translation of Chah in Punjabi is, "row" or "rau" but 70% people dont use this word particularly people living in the cities.

This is being taken basically from punjabi stage dramas. this dialogue was used once and now it's so popular that it could be heard in almost every punjabi stage drama, mostly used by Mastana. Just the impact of this dialogue gets double when you hear it from Mastana.
