It looks like a muted coral lipstick
It looks similar to Charlotte Tilbury's lipsticks in Amazing Grace or Sexy Sienna.

Looks like a soft coral that matches the top of her dress rather than her dupatta. In my makeup stash, I would pick NYX matte cream in Antwerp as the closest match.
