it depends on the look u're going for.
there's sheer, frosty, matte, shiny, stain, shimmery and creamy lipsticks.
matte had been out with the popularity of gloss. so most brand names were doing shimmery, sheer or at the closest creamy lipstick. i remember a few yrs ago i went to sephora and i couldnt find a decent matte shade.
matte is back "in" though. i also love lip stains. vincent longo makes a cute lipstain in the shade "baby boo"
its so sad versace's makeup line has been discontinued...they had the most gorgeous lipsticks.

**Shweets **For matte i used Oolala, First kiss, mostly . the first was skinnish or light brown shade and the second one was pinkish . these were qiute good

As shiny i usually use Etude lip glosses

hey niyal....are u located in pakistan...im assuming from the brand names medora and etude that u use...because i dont know if u have the body shop there. body shop also makes a lip stain
lipstains look like u have no lipstick on but its still a very natural color. very nice for everyday wear.
i like raspberry, plum, plum-brown, beige-pink and brick red shades for lips.

yea. body shop is available, but onlly at few stores. yes i’m located at Pakistan .

neutrogena makes really good lipsticks. They arent too glossy or too matte. Just Right. Try the shade number 150 or Coffee Cream -- its a perfect shade of natural brown.

well i dont like wearing lipstik anymore i like lipgloss and light make up looks nice.either clear lipgloss or a light colour one. even if u do want to wear lipstick i think that light colours are cool

bobbi brown lipglosses last the longest and have a better feel than mac lipglosses too. for lipsticks i would say bobbi brown is great too

lip stains last longer than lipsticks. Im not sure what exactly is "in style" with lipcolors, but i love red.

red never goes out of style...but the shades of red have changed...but yeh it's important to have atleast one shade of red

i have recently bought Cocoa (31) from bobbi brown and it’s a nice pinkish brown shade . Works well just on it’s own, if you are fair but if you have a darker skin tone, it looks good if you mix it with a darker lip pencil so it doesn’t give you a dull look. Overall a good base color :halo: and mix it with any darker color or gloss.
