Lip colour for White and Black

I finally have managed to get my dress and shoes sorted for grad ceremony. It is white and black as given in the image,will wear leggings n i would be wearing black gown on top and a hat. Also planning to wear white pearl necklace and white pearl studs. I am confused if i should go for studs or drop earrings?

What colour lipstick should I go for? Red, orange or red/orange mixed shade :gina:

I would go with a coral colour…and gloss it up!
But if you want to make a statement then definitely go with deep matte red.

The dress looks lovely! I would go with the above suggestions as well, you could wear red in the evening i wouldn’t during the day . I think a nice coral or fushia will look cute for a spring event :slight_smile:

Congrats on graduating!

Your cap and gown are black so I would go with red for both a day and night look. Plus you’re dress is black and white, I’m sure it would suit very well.

Dress and shoes are pretty cute, I’m sure you’ll rock your outfit!

I would say go a pink lipstick..not too bright (but not dull either). And make sure it is slightly glossy- not overly so. Red might be a bit too much.

Thank you. Yeah this is why I am thinking to go for dark shade that should stand out on my face.

I think bigger earrings makes the face area look bust when you have the graduation cap on. During all my graduations I wore studs. It’s a classic look that you can’t go wrong with.As for lip pie, any color could be worn with what you described. I would wear some type of pink or purple.Congrats btw!

You are right about the bigger earrings, they would look a bit awkward, studs would do all. I have changed mind from lady danger to ruby woo ,this is the last time i changed my mind, no more changes. Thanks Paehli :slight_smile:
