Butter not for a 3 month pld baby...too much concentrated protien/fat for him.Trymodified lanolin (Lansinoh or PureLan) ..it is used for different reasons usually but is safe enough for babies to swallow and thats why Im suggesting it. It is available in pharmacies like CVS and walgreen
Re: lip care
thanx all
Re: lip care
its barely a lick...my mother and her mother has used it....god know how many other mothers have used it :) a baby is not going to ingest a pound of butter...personally i would stay away from chemicals...studies show.....that Mother's milk (similar composition to butter)provides a higher proportion of cholesterol than almost any other food. It also contains over 50% of its calories as fat, much of it saturated fat. Both cholesterol and saturated fat are essential for growth in babies and children, especially the development of the brain.
