Its been a life long issue for me.
I bit my lips…a lot.
I’ll bite them when I’m thinking about something, bored, etc.
Anyone else have this issue? I don’t want to disfigure my lips so I need to stop because that’s where I am headed if I don’t.
Tips? Anything that helped heal your lips after?
Lip Biting 
I have the habit but more so when I have dry lips in the winter they just start peeling and that’s an invitation to start biting so I just keep em moisturized because they start to hurt anyways when they’re to dry or if I’ve bit them to far. Such a bad habit but I usually catch my self. My issue is nail biting! Can’t stop myself ugh

I have a terrible habbit of peeling off dry skin from my lips! Vaseline hasn’t worked either. When I can be bothered Lush’ sugar scrub works.

ooooo… its a hobby of mine too… especially when you have noting left to bite… and u feel this numb pain under the skin of the lip.. and when you bite on it there is this piercing pain.. i LOVE biting on that… sadistic much?

It used to be my habit but not any more.
Is it because people bite lips due to stress as some people bite nails?

I love that raw feeling right after you’re done biting and I cannot stop until I get there
Its not stress related at all…nothing aside from pure boredom or enjoyment

I do it when I’m stressed or thinking about something…also when I’m trying to stop myself from exploding..
