I am getting many requests these days from recruiters. I usually do not accept these requests.
Do you accept requests from recruiters?

what kind of requests you’re getting since a person can contact you for various listed reasons in LinkedIn.

I do sometimes talk to recruiters if they have a definite opening with concise job description to discuss which I think fits my background.

Just requests to be linked in network.

The only thing why I dont like LinkedIn is that once you accept someone, all of your contact and further activity becomes visible and then the other person go on making the contacts … Mighty be Im wrong here, but your contacts are for your own and not for the whole network …

^ well, that exactly is the reason for LinkedIn to be around. To give chance for professionals to link up :slight_smile:

for random request to add, I flatly ignore them. One recruiter even went as far as asking me to write recommendation for him … WTH !!
