Acha the other panel is of sequins cloth so the lining should be of the whole kameez right or just the chiffon panel?

Im alternating one chiffon and one sequins panel. And it is a long A-line kameez

I think it’s best to let your tailor decide how he wants to do that. He will probably put lining below the whole thing, that’s what is usually done.
