Lining on panel kameez or not?

I would line it. Without lining it will be see-through and your petticoat will be noticeable; it won’t look nice.

Acha the other panel is of sequins cloth so the lining should be of the whole kameez right or just the chiffon panel?

Im alternating one chiffon and one sequins panel. And it is a long A-line kameez
