Limited internet access on laptop only

Hello
I got windows 7 installed on my hp laptop few days ago. It was working fine but somehow it stopped connecting to Internet via wifi and even cable. It says limited access to Internet.
Please help me if there is any solution to this. Thanks a lot.

kick and restart the router
or
restart and kick the router

IP conflict. Restart router it may help.

I would have guessed the drivers need to be installed/ updated :hmmm:

Not yet. But it is a better suggestion than the one I got from Gateway support rep once: Re-install Windows.

Before the great google was my best friend, I remember I called dell to ask which function key initiated factory reset on reboot. They wanted to charge $50 just to answer that question… :hehe:
