Limited Access Streaming

Going to try to do a live stream (for people who have been on GS only) for ODI 4 and 5.

→ can someone tell me what program gives best result for active uploading to server (with the option of sound)

Win Media Encoder.

Do you have high speed server like T1 or something?

Going to upload to server (hosted by Go-Daddy).
where as my upload is around 80KB/s.

i think it will work with res. of 640x480 with 8bit-sound quality.

Do a live broadcast don't push it to server.

Don't do it over Sopcast as it is extremely untrustable and I can never get connected to it.

BTW, are you still doing the stream and if so am I eligible for it because I just saw this great site just yesterday and joined immediately to join my community of Indians and Paki's. Unfortunately I live in the US, so you're my only source for watching this game.

aditya the reason it does not work for you is cuz of port block. Make sure 3900 to 3920 is open. That way you will be able to watch it easily as well as stream to others.

Yes I will be streaming it on sopcast tonight.

BTW, what is 3900 to 3920. Anyways, in Sopcast, can you watch the whole match without buffering even once? Because when I said it doesn't work for me, I meant that it loads but after it buffers every minute.

ports 3900-3920, probably blocked due to firewall/router etc.
