hmm ok not sure if this is the right thread but maybe one of u can help
when i run, or even jog after 10 mins i start having this nasty pain near my kidneys.. doctor kehta hai drink lots of fluid while running but that doesn't help.. anyone else here expert :) also yaaar yeh pait kaam karna ka koi acha tariqa?
