for the past couple of days, after i get done lifting some weights, i just feel dizzy and kinda light headed. hard to explain. anyone ever experience that?
Re: Light headed
Yea I've experienced that, its usually if i dont eat anything or dont stay hydrated while working out. Do you eat anything before you lift? If anything keep water with you when you lift or you may just be overtraining.
Re: Light headed
lussi, lack of blood to the brain usually causes a bit of dizziness. Balanced diet and keeping yourself hydrated is the way to go. Just wait till you approach your 30s ..
Re: Light headed
cool tips…thanks..ill get baanced diet and stay hydrated :k:
Re: Light headed
low bp or low suger levels. take something salty. if it doesnt get better then take something sweet.
Re: Light headed
Instead of lifting lbs try oz.

Re: Light headed
in your case , would be Fractional Weights!
Lussi,
always drink lussi after work out, I do drink and I get all my energy back! indeed it will look odd you drinking yourself, lol
Re: Light headed
red bull is bull's sh!t.
it is all caffein which can only keep you awake for two nights straight without providing any nutritions. one can is equivalent of having a cup of black coffee.
a balanced diet and above all drinking fresh milk would be the best option.
Re: Light headed
The weights you're lifting may be a little too much for you. Take a step down and see how that feels.
Re: Light headed

lifting too heavy weights....ooh man..i work hard to build up to certain level of weights...i justc ant take it down..
