Maddy, you sound as if political glory of ummah is the only reason for Messiah’s return. But even if it is, then you still haven’t answered the question about when do you think the Messiah & Mehdi are to arrive?

I have no idea. For all we know Islam could rise again into a great power before going into the slump before his return.

The most dangerous thing is apathy - sitting back and waiting for the mahdi to come and solve all our problems.

The Muslim world is slowly on a recovery from its past problems, its past weakness, and all that Muslims can do is pray it continues or even contribute towards that rise in whatever way we can or are willing to do.
