i had ligament rupture for about 4 months and it still hurts.i want to know fromyou whether somene here did experience it and how long it took to heal?

I am guessing you have gotten this injury from playing sport?. Well if that is the case, then it depends on how severe pain it is. And if you can be specific i can try my best to explain you. Although, i must recommend visiting doctor's office.

yes i got it from sports and my foot was swollen ,i went to the doctor who gave me a splint which i wore for 6 weeks,after that the pain was still there and now almost 4 months have pased and i still have sometimes pain and i still have hematoma and bruises.i had pain on both sides,on the ankel and on the other side.
i would be grateful if i could get some information whether it is normal and what i could do.
p.s.:i visited the doctor and at the moment i have been given another bandage.
