Kaleji, pota and brain = Katakat. (my fav)

Chicken thies = One of my favs in chicken ka salan and also one of the populer piece from Popeyes.

Chicken ki Gardan = Used in Chicken ka saalan, and 90% of Pakistaniz love it.

Oajri = a thick meat which also used in few Pakistani dishes.

bone marrow = almost everyone in Pakistan love to eat it and it comes out of lambs.

Heart = bhuna hua saalan. my fav.
Paye = populer dish of Pakistan and used to be my fav.

Yes these things are one of my favs. Any further QQz?

Uhhh…Chicken ki Oajri. The hard hard one to chew. Wo kehlata hay Pota and its an Urdu word
