people who post here on a constant speed, can you all tell me the difference between the blogs and life 1 forum?
seeing few of the threads here seems more like personal vent n vent n vent. Things that can be written down in their blogs as well. They why use Life 1 instead of writing same thing in blogs?
too much attention available here or what?

EMM you are so right. I think personal venting is best suited for blogs and not here. Perhaps it would be a good idea to move this thread to feedback? Maybe GS admins need to implement a new rule for Life 1 in the near furtue :)

I think there are differences ...
some rude person once said to me on a blog, please dont post in my blog ... and i got out of that blog right away .. like I give a damn
.. even though it was a public blog, there was this sense of ownership .. its my blog, its my life ... either you agree with me or dont post at all
that is not the case in Life1. When you post here, now you invite people to agree or disagree with you ... not only that, you and Angel Eye can start an argument of your own, even if I am the one who started that thread .. in blogs, the posting revolves around the blogger and his/her entry.
One more thing, Life1 thread cannot be edited or deleted by the oroginal poster .. so he/she has not control on it ...
In blog, the blogger has total control on things and he/she does not like it, he/she can delete, edit a comment or make the blog private to block the entry of some posters..

And ya think ... people dont have sense of ownership here ... havent ya seen the punch line ' This is my thread and i dont want any Tom , dick and harry to come and tell me how should i do my stuff' ..
I have been chicken'd out many times by posters , specially by The mods ... with their all time flat out line ...
As you have got a clue about this situation .. Please dont post here ..

*cuz life 1 is the ganda tareen forums jaha dunya jahan ka gand post kia jata hai from sex to having late periods, so jitnay bi tarsay hoye and khuwaar log hote hain udhar a kar chaskay lete haiN, so more traffic, so obviously udhar ziada attention mile gi.

Aliyish I agree with you .. but somehow LIfe1 threads starters dont expect a total agreement when they present a personal situation ...
In Blog, I observed that total agreement is a pre-req. Its always my way or highway kind of attitude in blogs ... not always in life1 threads

I used and enjoyed the blog here a long time ago then they changed to a different blog site/program - which I didnt have the patience to set up and figure out. So I gave up.
Anyway, I took a look at it again today and it seems better. Will give it a try.

for me it's hard enough to post something in blogs, so sharing it with like everyone is just scary/intimidating. if i need some kind of advice then definitely i will post something in life 1, but if i'm just venting/trying to let things out i would post in my blog.

You know it's quite true, I dont understand why these ppl dont juts post in their blogs, but hey we do need topics in LIFE as well- the more the merrier, lol:D
Seriuosly though if they need advice them postin lifestyle, but if they've just got a nit to pick then blog it:)
