Trying to solve some problems with the life1 rating system I proposed. 
Mehnaz Q pointed out to me that some people who dislike one person could ruin the postings of that person. Now there is a solution for that I believe.
First the rating system again, because I dont have acces to the previous one
Everybody gets the chance to vote on every thread in life1. Points from +7 (positive) to -7 (negative) can be given to every thread but only once by every person. When the thread has a total score -7 for a certain period of time it will be moved to a seperate section where only moderators are allowed.
But because we already have enough moderators, new people will be appointed just to work on these threads. I call these people: sub-mods and they will need to be as objective as possible. Their only job is to check these threads and then either trash them or put them up again in Life1.
When the submod decides to put a thread up again in life1 the possibility of giving out points by members will be removed aswell. The submode will not enjoy full access like the other moderators or admins
I believe no more then two so called sub mods or needed in life1.
