Chameli one can lose weight with power ypga and normal yoga over time...it's a mor eholistic approach to fitness, you become more flexible, toned, etc etc.
It helps you to stay in shape and improve your health..losing weight is another issue

Ahh ashy…that’s a posture I’ve been doing since I was 8-9 years old..it’s easy peasy for me…but if it stimulates teh thyroid I thin I should practice it more often..thanx for the tip :k:

LK: it is very important that your chin should be pressed hard against your chest. Briniing the blood flow to the head neck and scalp is excellent for the health and beauty of these areas.
Now how many women here would like to learn 'simhasana' to firm up the facial skin and muscles and keep it glowing?

Bibi everything in yoga is easy, one has to gradually increase the degree of complexity of different postures. There is 'Uddiyana' to firm up the abdominal area but for that you require control over breathing and abs. Mastery over ab movement can be attained in a few days.

Uh I doubt it very much. Im not sure I have the patience.Aside from running I cant imagine myself doing any other form of exercise. Too lazy. Too bad house work doesnt burn off the fat.

It is important to distinguish between ordinary activity and exercise. House work actually promotes conditions of of physical and emotional stress and it is therefore essential to relieve this stress through proper body movements.
