Life of killed Dutch filmmaker

Well.. there’s nothing left of him than ashes now.. he’s been burned just a while ago.. :halo: May he find peace with his Shaiytaans :snooty: Cuz he said he doesnt want to go to heaven not that he would go there

Do you have to fight with weapons? Do Muslims HAVE to kill???
Might I remind you that there are other ways to fight a battle that dont involve violence, and can be just as effective if not more.
And lastly, what makes you think you have the answers, what an ego you have…
Also, one thing I have noticed, you focus competely on the negative violent aspects of the religion, and you overlook all the parts where forgiveness was valued over revenge. There are many passages and hadith etc that highlight the forgiving nature of you prophet that can also apply but you conveniently overlook those points.

Is there forgiveness for someone that commites shirk? No.

That is another issue on its own. This is a War against islam, and now that diversity is reaching the netherlends in masses, the Dutch actually had the guts to show this on NATIONAL TELEVISION!! Islam IS a peaceful religion, does not promot violence, this WAS self defence.

dutch-paki: That conversation needs to be edited immediately. If its not, I'm removing it.

Crescent: And who are you to forgive someone who has committed shirk? I thought that was God's job?

please tell me a peaceful way to fight.

and instead of actually checking what i qouted, u go on talking with out any reason whatsoever. ok so if some one comes and hurts ur neighbor, do YOU have the right to FORGIVE the oppressor? or for that matter can the govt. say we forgive the oppressor? no, its only the person who is oppressed that can forgive. so buddy we are encouraged to forgive in matters when it is our selves that are oppressed, but we cant forgive the oppressors on behalf of others. and in that case FIGHTING becomes the way to bring justice. let me know how to win freedom for chechens peacefully and i m sure the chechens will follow it diligently. the way they see it is that it is better to die fighting than to live like slaves.

dont even bring this line up, it has been proven beyond any doubt that allah does not forgive shirk.

and most ulamas regard it as kufr if some one doubts that allah will forgive shirk.

He will forgive all other sins if he wishes, except Shirk (Quran 4:48)

What PCG meant, and this is my interpertation is that, if a person who did shirk and then sincerely asks for forgiveness, Allah(swt) is Ghafoor-ur-Raheem.

dudes. you guys need to take some reading classes. i mean exactly what I write and nothing more.

I did not ever say that God would or would not forgive someone who has committed shirk. That is His realm of work.

I am asking - who are YOU to forgive or not forgive this person. If you believe that what he has done in his life is bad, do you still have the right to believe that he will go to hell, or that he deserves a terrible punishment for it, or that in fact the way he died WAS his punishment? Are you in any position to do a wah wah over his death?

Forget what God will or will not do with his soul. Because you wont ever know that. Forget if God will or will not forgive him. Because that is also not in your knowledge.

But what is in your knowledge is what rights you have in treating others, and what your actions are according to those rights (or in violation of those rights).

PCG : How many homosexuals from the people of Lut(as) were spared by Allah(swt) ?

so we should have cried over the death of abu jahal? or how about the death of abu lahab? cuz who knows may be allah will forgive them? or better yet, firon died a horrible death, by drowing, and isnt there a hadit htat says that a death by drowning in actually martyrdom, so pharoah is shaheed, probably in jannah by now.

we need to look at what allah says about people who die on kufr before opening our mouths in this important topic.

ThandyMazak : Couldn't have said it better.

u r right man.

ah but God was the one who dealt the people of Lut, not any one human.

Again, you miss my point. Is it proper for a muslim to rejoice over the death of someone who has insulted Islam?

And if so, where are you getting this impression from?

it is permissible for us to be happy about death of enemies of allah and his rasul. if it is not, then they are not our enemies.

and you are acting like he just said islam is backward, and thats it..not much of an insult...you should know what he did cuz it was discussed in here...so he just didnt insult islam, he humiliated word of allah and in the process signed his warrant of destruction, both in this world and in the hereafter.

forget it thand, sum people don't understand
