Life Lessons

What important life lessons do you hope to pass on to your child for a bright and happy future?

These could be lessons you learned as a child, lessons you’ve learned from experience as you’ve grown older, or lessons you yourself wish you could master but haven’t yet. Please share the most important lessons you want to pass on to your child.

** be street smart, respect others, dont ever get involved in family or office politics, be the giver, and last but not least lead with an example**

Lessons I wish I could have mastered but didnt?

** think before you speak- I get in trouble because I sometimes say things that I usually dont mean **

Re: Life Lessons

Love & respect your own self - I think this is extremely important !

Think before you speak & that you need not to answer back on every comment / question that you face.

You are responsible for your actions & you cannot blame anyone else for it . Therefore , don’t let anyone misguide you , think & analyse before you take any action & then take full responsibility of it.

Ignorance and avoidance are a bliss- ignore & avoid people / things / activities that you are not comfortable with. You need not to confront every person & be a part of every activity that takes place around you.

Never look down upon anyone or anyone’s circumstances/situation you don’t know what Allah has written in your fate & u never know where you might end up . Always be humble.

to carry deen and dunyaa together…do NOT leave one or the other lagging behind!

Re: Life Lessons

honesty and firmness of faith. I so hope I can pass this on to my child/ren. I think the rest just goes well if you have these two, to begin with.

Re: Life Lessons

  • commit to your faith…believe that whatever happens is the will of the Almighty and that He loves you more than any living person ever could.

  • put peace, kindness and generosity above all in your heart and actions.

  • be firm in your resolve to leave a legacy of goodness.
