‘Wow - what a worthy goal.’ I told her ‘You don’t have to wait until you’re President to do that. You can come over to my house and mow, pull weeds and sweep my yard and I’ll pay you $50. Then I’ll take you over to the grocery store where the homeless guy hangs out and you can give him the $50 to use toward a new house.’
She thought that over for a few seconds 'cause she’s only 6. And while her Mom glared at me she looked me straight in the eye and asked ‘Why doesn’t the homeless guy come over and do the work and you can just pay him the $50?’
Too bad the guy you plagiarized this from didn't take into account in this parable that many homeless people are mentally ill or suffering from ill effects from being shipped around the deserts of the world to fight the wars of "the responsible party".
Besides, a republican would never pay a homeless man $50 to pull weeds. First off he wouldn't want the dirty guy hanging around his house (bad for his image). He would instead pay an undocumented worker $20 to do it and then complain about how illegal aliens are destroying the fabric of this country and the economy.
