Possibly the best answer you can give someone that will shut them up is : Jab Allah kee marzee ho gee then we will be blessed with kids. Pls keep us in your duaas for everything.
If they start asking you personal questions, turn it into something of an islamic lecture to them (most ppl do not challenge Allah's will or are too uninterested in hearing a lecture) ..... read to them a few verses from the Quran where Allah says: Be and it is or where He tells us that HE gives to those who He wills ...you will find plenty of these verses which tell us how incapable a person really is in procreation.....
