does anyone know wat the limit is for life in the uk test, like does it matter wen one does the exam before applying for indefinite leave or does it have to b within 6 months of applying
please enlighten me on this situation i would b vry grateful

what life test ? are u asking k once someone comes over to uk they wana apply for UK citizenship..

well you to be granted to be a resident in uk u gotta take the test within 2 years, once passed then after 5 years ..you can apply for the citzenship as a british national.

aparently hubz goes that someone told him that the certificate expires in a certain amount of time
i want to knw is that true?
he arrived in uk with his 2 yr visa last yr april, n hes got his test tomorrow, he ing thinks he is sitting the test too early and says he doesnt want to end up having to take it again if it does expire :konfused:

That doesnt mean you don’t need to take it.

You should probably take the ‘Life in London Test’ first though.
