Life events

salam,

What would you say was the most important event in your life? Would it be wedding, graduation, having children, stepping up the career ladder?

I would say that the most important event in my life was finally doing something that I wanted with my career aswell as having a lovely daughter, mashallah. To be honest, I dont really care about not having a nice, lavish wedding, these are material things and I am really glad I had a small intimate wedding. Having a loving hubby and loving family is much more important.

Another important event in my life was when I started turning to my faith more, when I started wearing the hajib. This has brought me closer to god. Mashallah, allah has helped me alot in difficult circumstances and I wish everyone a very happy future together with their hubbies and families, inshallah:)

when my nephew was born

when he came home few months after birth from hospital

when doctors told us few of his many problems are gone, he dont have to be in hospital every 2nd day

he gained weight and started eating food after 2 years

these times are what we had waited deperately for 2 years and evey 2nd day was a nightmare when his health problems increased.

to see him living a normal life , eating chutany-with his hands dipping in plate and than licking his hand, pakros and oranges, is not less than an even in my life

awww thats great that your nephew is fine now, allahamdolila

Re: Life events

The most important event in my life was when my baby niece was born! She is the sweetest thing to have ever happened to my family, Mashallah. She is such a happy, playful, spunky little thing I LOVE IT.

I became an aunt for the first time and its been a wonderful experience so far. We were in the hospital and I held her less than 30 minutes after she was born...it was the most amazing thing Ive ever experienced. In a few hours time, I became a khala, my parents became grandparents and this tiny little person became the center of our world.

Ive seen my sis go through all the ups and downs of childbirth, delivery and sleepless nights and now I feel like I want one too sometimes...lol. But seriously, my niece is such a wonderful child. Mashallah, she is almost 2 years old now and still the light of my life!

When I graduated. It was such a nice feeling :)

When my daughter was born after four years of our marriage. I don't forgot that moments now she is 2 and a half years old Masha-Allah.

Re: Life events

when i obtained my job (i'm still there 5 years on) after I had finished studying my law degree. its only memorable because when i opened the letter and read that i got the job, my mum collapsed in tears, she said this was what she had worked so hard for - to see this day................!
