Re: life choices
some people have even less choices than that…i am sorry for them:( …but I love life too much:blush: to jump from a cliff or anywhere else, no matter how hard it is, I love life:)
Re: life choices
lol, their so many people who divorce after trying 10 or 15 years to change their partner…would become someone else to please your wife and ask her to become a stranger too?
Re: life choices
Effectively, that is the key different in logic between a western-style love marriage and an eastern-style arranged marriage.
In a western-styled love marriage, you are looking for someone with a personality that matches and suits your personality. You are raised with the belief that that to love someone they must be accepting of your personality and you must be accepting of theirs.
In an eastern-styled arranged marriage, it is acknowledged that it is possible that the bride and groom have personalities that may not suit each other. But the expectations, and the way people are raised, is that both parties must be willing to change who they are to become more acceptable to each other.
Re: life choices
Both #s 1 & 2 are weird. There needs to be a #3

2-marrying someone you can’t love
:k:
Love is over-rated, anyway. In married life, love is down in priority lader. The important thing is care and understanding, payar wayar tu baad main ho bhi jata hai, na bhi ho tu hamara kia jaata hia ![]()
Ever hear that beautiful song by Vital signs, “Aitbaar”
Aitbaar bhi, aa hi jai ga
Chalo tu saahi
Raasta koi
Mil hi jai gaa
Aitbaar bhi aa hi jai ga
…
Payar wayaar bhi
ho hi jai ga :rotato:

Re: life choices
best answer so far…
Re: life choices
no i can’t understand the lyrics…just part of it…cause you know I am not desi:D
Re: life choices
Desi nahi ho tu kia hoa, urdu tu samajh aati hai na ![]()
ok no problemo missy
Aitbaar means trust, confidence. the guy is saying that
'trust me and give it a try !
you may think we are not perfect for each other , but by the time we know each other better, the confidence will develop and we may start loving each other’ ( taking love as somehting casual, not very important )
actually it is dumb translation ![]()
Just go and listen, it is very easy ![]()
Itni mushkil se dhoondha hai, ooper se it is unplugged version ..![]()
Re: life choices
Noor…
Those questions don’t make sense…
How can you marry someone if the love is platonic…
How do you know whom you can love or not? Unless you know beforehand…
Still, I’d go with #2…People change, personalities change, POVs change and one’s own self changes…
Hence #2…
Re: life choices
Is there such thing as platonic love?? I think that it would be an oxymoron.
Re: life choices
before marriage, only platonic love is allowed, na??..
love is a feeling, you don’t know it, you feel it:blush: but maybe my post doesn’t make sense cause i am too blond to make sense:rotfl: ![]()
Re: life choices
love is a feeling…you don’t need any physical contact to feel it:nono4:
Re: life choices

Re: life choices
Da 1st one why dont know.
Re: life choices
platonic by definition means no romance, so physical or no physical platonic love is still an oxymoron unless you’re talking about love between siblings, parents etc.
