As a Muslim, we must have belief on the day of judgement. Believing in literal or metaphorical way of making the dead alive will not hurt your belief.
Some say the verses meant literally, others argue they are in metaphorical sense, while there are some who say its the mixture of both. It doesnt matter which side you believe in.. what’s important is that you have firm belief on the day of judgement.
