In today’s society you need a license to fish, drive, fly, hunt, open a vendor, hold an artillery weapon and so much more.
A licence grants an individual the official permit by the authority to own or do something responsibly. Most of us break the law at some point or another and the thought crossed my mind about the Government taking over birth control/population growth in society.
The Government already acts as Big Brother opening our mail, prying secretly through our private lives, probing with cameras and satellites. Because they care for us. How nice of them eh?
Few months ago there was a post about legislations governing stupid people.
I’d like to further it by saying
Licenses should be issued by the government to bear a child.
Why? Because the stupid teens who can’t care for themselves are bringing life into this world creating havoc on our welfare system. On one hand its good for population growth but on the other it wreaks destruction on the economy.
People are so irresponsible, neither of the husband and wife think they just do what comes naturally and 9 months later another child comes into this world. This stupidity can be controlled, don’t you think?
How statistics are showing, there are more single unemployed parents now than ever and then the abandonment rate is on the rise for infants leaving them orphanages like puppies up for sale. Funny how they’re making an outreach to the third world countries to adopt children when its just as bad in the West.
Population control is happening in China right now but more on a macro level due to the massive population growth. And I certainly don’t agree with their penalty to kill the illegal child if there are more than 2 per household.
I’m talking about the micro level where the government estimates your income through your taxes each year and grants permits for bearing children. I’m not saying the public message “Do bachay ghar ke liye achay” but an enforced law that governs the whole of society and yes even the non-tax paying poor citizens.
If a couple is sought to have a child without a permit hence an illegal child then if you are PRO for this License to bear, what penalty would you impose on the couple?
You think its the governments business to come into your family and legislate how many kids is feasable for your household?
