I do feel sometimes like deleting my account.. The issue I have is that a LOT of my friends organise meet ups etc via it.. and I don't wana give them the hassle of texting me separately to keep me in the know.. Plus if I want to advertise an event I'm organising, I know fb is one popular means to do so.. sigh

i do have my fb account active but it looks more deactivated since i hardly use it now. i dont wanna delete it since that is the only way i can keep in touch with my mates.

LOL, I don't think facebook holds enough importance in my life for me to feel liberated if I get rid of it.
Same here. I have an account - good way to keep up to date in terms of events and contact friends etc. I barely ever post anything so no one has anything to gossip about and I don't stalk people and gossip about them. End of story.
