There is no difference (legally) in Rafiq Tarar wiping off NS’s punishments and Zardari cleaning up Rehman Malik’s. Only difference is Courts are doing selective justice

Selective Justice is still better than ‘no’ justice at all, as evident in Musharraf’s reign of terror where there was no justice at all.
