How do you know which level to stay at? Who determines whether a joke is Shaguftaa or Lachar

One thing I am sure. If this thread goes beyond 3 pages, we will be able to see all kind of mazaaqs in it

Especially for the countries like Germany, Italy, Russia and co. Where population growth has negative tendencies.

most ppl would prefer to have that need a little spread out in the population instead of one woman carrying all the burden.
