Kisi nagahaani surat-e-hal main rail gaari ko roknay k liye zanjeer khenchain. Bila zaroorat aur nakafi waja k zanjeer khenchnay walay ko 1000 rupay jurmana aur 3 maah tak qaid ya dono sazayen sunae ja skti hain.
