Secondly about being afraid of the Jinn. I’m sorry to spoil it for you (Please don’t hate me :() but jinns may be around you all day without you even realizing. I’m serious. The hope is that if you maintain a state of cleanliness, do zikr of Allah even if in your heart silently, recite quran frequently then no evil ones can enter your home or come near you without the will of Allah. And only the good jinns inhabit your living space, or join you in your salah.
