Lets Put On Some Weight

Trust me it tastes really nice and fresh, I am trying it out, ne one else wants to give it a go.

cold date milk shake drink.

  1. soak the 5 dates (remove the seeds) in water overnight

  2. Grind into milk shake and have 1st thing in the morning - cold milk + Dates + sugar

  3. have a full glass everyday for 30 Days(don’t miss a day)

  4. Dont forget to weight urself before and after. It will increase by 7 to 9 kg or more, depending on body to body.

thanks but no thanks. Our guppans are moti as it is, we dont need no milkshakes.

what else? do u really think if they were fit they would spend so much time on gupshup sitting infront a computer? they would be out jogging/running in the gym!!!
