Antakshri is a popular game played in India [maybe in Pakistan as well], where let’s say I start with a song, then the next person picks another song based on the last letter of the last word of where I ended.
So for example, let’s say I sing:
O mere dil ke chayn
O mere dil ke cheyn
Cheyn aye mere dil ko dua kijiye
O mere dil ke chayn…
SO the next person starts with n or noon [in urdu].
Example: na na na na na re, barso re megha…
