Lets assume we are a soul, within our body. Well what doest that mean? If we see the above image than we’ll realize that a human body is the only body that when stretched out, fits perfectly within a square and a circle.
The ‘Square’ represents the 'physical realm (our body) and the ‘circle’ represents the ‘spiritual realm’ (our soul). So if we would like to achieve our potential, than we must achieve harmony between both i.e., body and soul so that we can have our potential in positive.
I believe you guyz heard about ‘Chakras’ Well Chakra is one out of the seven centers of spiritual energy in the human body. Chakra are believed to be centers of the body from which a person can collect/disuse energy. They are connected to our major organs or glands that govern other body parts. There is no “standard” system of the chakras. Every school, sometimes every teacher within each school, has had their own chakra system.

In the above figure, there are seven Chakras (points) lets start from bottom to top.
The last Chakra (point) is called “Sacral Chakra”. Sacral chakra is located about two inches below the belly button. It is associated with many different things i.e., emotions, sex, manifestation, trusting the universe, and feeling enough etc., but 'Sacral chakra, deals generally here with our sexual energy.
In Islam there is a concept of ‘halal’ and ‘haram’, permissible and impermissible, blessed and forbidden by God. So in most occasions, certain practices can be either 'blessed or ‘forbidden’ depending on their situation. So sex, for example , is forbidden unless it takes place within a marriage, then it is considered a blessing. The Sacral chakra can only produce healthy energy, when enriched under the appropriate marital environment. Therefore pre-marital relations are discouraged, while marriage is encouraged, and should be embraced by all the communities and societies.

there are seven Chakras (points) , but in picture there are 8 points, why two points of the hands are not counted and if there are chakras points in hands then they should be in feet too.
