I dont want to deviate from the topic, but to keep the record straight:

Bhutto himself was the establishment, he was nurtured by Ayub, when he saw his mentors’ fortunes tumbling he formed his own party to reap benefits. He threatened to agitate if the parliament was convened (in 71) which would have given power to Mujib, hence laying the foundation for division of Pakistan in partnership with Yahya Khan. He created FSF and created a political cell within ISI. He wanted absolute power, and for that purpose he committed a mistake in choosing Zia as the COAS (disregarding merit) which proved costly for him in the end.
