Re: lets do the comparison

Every soul shall never be given a burden beyond what it can bear … Different people are different, so the trials of people are different.
So people will only suffer more or less not based on the trial but based on their reaction to the trial … There are some people who can handle rape better than others are at handling a broken finger, for example. To handle something means how their relationship with Allah (SWT) is maintained … Is it one where the trial leads them closer to Allah (SWT) or one where it leads them further away?
This world is called the low world … Every pain and every pleasure in this world is low … It is short lived and of reduced intensity.
Jannah is a permanent place … Even 70 years of hardship in this earthly life is merely a flicker to the afterlife … When people even come near Jannah the fragrant smell of it will make them forget any hardship they had in this world …
The first martyrs of Islam were being pulled on ropes, drawn and sliced open and they were being told that a house awaits them in paradise … And they exclaimed … “I know I can see it” when they were being killed. That is historical.
In your example don’t you think who had broken finger is getting the easy way out….. because bearing the pain of broken finger is way too less than that of the rape…. If Allah wants us closer to him he can change our minds & do that … HE can do anything …. Why putting someone in such a situation …..
